The Experis Academy helps our clients to build talent pipelines to bridge the skills gap in areas with talent shortages in a cost-effective way.

Using our recruitment expertise and working in partnership with our clients, Experis hires IT or Digital professionals with experience or relevant skillsets in lower to mid-level roles.

We train these individuals through a bespoke training programme using a pre-agreed training partner and provide on-going continuous professional development and support, whilst they work on-site at the client as a permanent Experis employee deployed on a contract basis. Our customers can then hire our resources at no cost after 12 months.


Simplify the management of your temporary or contract workforce with our comprehensive CCS payrolling services. Our expert team handles the entire payroll administration process, ensuring compliance, saving you time and resources, and providing ongoing support. Experis operates through several Government procurement frameworks, providing a pre-approved, compliant route to market for the Public Sector. We support all major recruitment frameworks, as well as specialist frameworks such as G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Digital Specialists and Programmes, providing our customers with a variety of options to meet their workforce needs. 


The ESPO Framework offers customers a quick, simple and competitive route to Strategic HR Services. All of the service providers on this framework have been selected for their ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services that combine quality and value.

All public sector organisations can access recruitment services to hire permanent, fixed term and internal secondment roles through recruitment agencies.

Access general recruitment services to find and hire candidates across the UK for a specific role or job. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. You can access both core and non-core services on a modular basis. This means you buy only the services you need, when you need them and not as part of an end-to-end service. All public and third sector organisations can hire a range of quality non-clinical workers through a range of engagement types including fixed-term, temporary positions and contractors.

You can also arrange for suppliers to manage projects on your behalf, and take responsibility for providing your desired outcomes through output based delivery.

Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) is a single supplier agreement which public sector authorities can use to hire all contractors and temporary workers, except clinical workers. The strategic partner, Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), will provide a fully managed end to end service. This will enable hiring managers to access high quality workers to meet volume and specialist needs. AMS are supported by a supply chain of over 300 specialist recruitment agencies classified by their role category capability, including admin and clerical roles. Statements of Work (SoW): Allows users to award output based service contracts through the SoW solution. This includes engaging with resource to achieve a set of specific and pre-defined outcomes. Payment is made when defined work milestones are achieved. This is a managed service provided by the AMS SoW team through FieldGlass (a vendor management system) and is supported by over 100 suppliers.
